Who we are

Barnsley Community Solutions (BCS) [also known as "LIFTCo"] is the public private partnership set up specifically to develop and maintain community based primary health and social care premises in the Barnsley area. BCS are based within Barnsley and have a full team of property professionals based in the borough.

The partnership is between Community Solutions for Primary Care (CSPC), Community Health Partnerships (CHP) Barnsley Primary Care Trust (PCT) and Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (BMBC).

BCS is a private company limited by shares, the majority of which (60%) are owned by the private sector.
